That whole deal thoroughly confuses me...I need someone to explain it to me!
Congratulations!! Does that mean you get to boss around smaller fish??

e - I wish I understood it, but I don't. I saw it on other people's blogs and thought it sounded cool.
MIM - If I had any smaller fish to boss around, I would take advantage of my new status. But, alas, no small fish in sight!
